Energy Bill

Since I get pregnant I like to cook at home than eating eat out and nowadays I cook a lot at least 2 times a day. I remember on Nov. I cooked food at least 2-3 times a day and sometimes it takes for a while especially when I cook beans. On Dec. my husband told me that our electric bill was $400 and I was also shocked as we never pay that kind of energy bill when we live in Florida, we usually just pay there like around $100-$150 but since it's also winter here, we use heater everyday to warm up the whole house. And last month, my husband told me our bill was $350, and we have learned that when we go shopping or when go outside, we turn off the heater at least it will not keep running while we are not here, but we will keep it on when we decide to go somewhere and not to come back home for a night or few days so that the house will not be so cold or not freeze. I hope the winter will be over soon so that we will not pay too much for the electric bill, gosh! paying too much for energy is pain in the butt!!! And I do not cook much anymore I just do it at least once a day and I kept our heater down at least 67-68.

I am suffering an adult acne sometimes which is annoying when I have an acne on my face and I don't feel confident and makes me feel I am ugly when my acne are showing. Water Retention

I had a doc's appointment yesterday for my prenatal care and the doc's asst. and she told me I need to drink more water. I think she's right since I haven't drank enough water lately but during pregnancy it is common that pregnant women experience swelling of the skin and now I am 23 weeks and next week Monday I'll be 24 mos. and that is 6 mos. and that is why I am starting retaining fluids in my body but I will try to drink more water at least 8 glasses a day to help up wash out more fluid in my body. I try also avoiding salty foods or not to eat too much of it, because it can cause edema or puffiness/swelling of my skin as what I have read information online.

Belly Stretch Marks

I have some brown stretch marks showing on my belly, and I guess it's normal being pregnant especially I am carrying twins and I am hoping they will be vanish eventually after my delivery. I guess the vit. e lotion that I bought and my effort and kept putting 2 times a day on my belly doesn't help. I am trying not to worry about it as I do not want to be feel sad that my belly will be looks ugly due to stretch marks and they are visible since I have a lighter skin, I am sad a little bit seeing the brown stretch marks but I can't help to get rid or to avoid not to have them, I guess this is it being pregnant, but I still have hope that my belly will not be look very ugly or not to have tons of stretch marks.
