Interesting Deer Statue

My husband and I did walk around one time here in Indianapolis and one that interests me is this statue that you can see in here. It is a unique one since I do not see that statue of animals often and mostly what I saw is just statue of famous people, so I decided to take a picture. I guess there is a meaning of that which I do not know. It is by the front of one museum of art here in Indianapolis.
