Plan to Buy House and Lot

This morning, I was searching online a site which sells real estate property where I grew up in Leyte, Philippines. I found out this islandproperties site and I am just looking properties, because might one day I will buy a new house for my parents and perhaps we can buy also a house for my husband and for myself when we wanted to live in there and that is just a plan and I hope it will come true. I found what I wanted but the money is the hindrance and I am thinking it’s not yet time to buy a property in there. It is nice to have your own property as an investment, because I could sell it one day. This islandproperties site, you can find also different properties all over the Philippines. It is also a site, I look up sometimes if they have new added property that they are selling in the market.
