Changing Website Templates

Thanks to my beloved wonderful sister (geneveric.com)who changed my layout in my other site. I wanted to do it by myself but my computer it seems weird as when I changed the layout it will not work for me but when she do it, working well for her. I got the layout from eblogtemplates dot com and thanks to them since they offer free layouts which make bloggers happy.
