The Beautiful Sunset
I took a picture of this about few months ago, I decided to post in here since it looks beautiful and I wanted to share to people how beautiful sunset is. Looking the sunset makes me smile and it looks romantic. Yesterday my husband and I swimming on the pool and relaxing while were watching the sun setting down. I told him, I should take a picture of the sunset as it was looks beautiful yesterday and as I noticed the sun setting down fast, so there will be no enough time to come and get my camera, I decided to stay in the pool and watch the sunset. Sometimes, the sunset looks scary to me as it looks like a fire or there is something going on.

Do not click your Own Adsense
On Thursday, I did try clicking my 1 adsense and on Friday morning, I was wondering why my profile of my one website I could not see it anymore. I realized, I did click one adsense and I suspected that is the cause and I could say, my one blog suspended now and I might be able to access it in about 1-3 months. I am really annoyed thinking about it and I cannot believe, I just click 1 adsense and trying it and makes my blog suspended or I got a penalty since I did violate the terms and conditions and that is just a worth penny clicking 1 adsense and it is really unbelievable. I did send a msg. the Google adsense support and asking help from them and saying I will not do it again and it seems they doesn’t care and asking that I need to access my other blog but until now I cannot post any entries but it is still live. I hope my other blog will be accessible in my profile so that I can post some entries. So, it is a lesson for me and to all who has an adsense in your blog or site, never ever click your own adsense or else it will be suspended. I said suspended as my sister told me that one of her friend clicked her adsense and she did not access her blog in her profile and she made another one and after about 2-3 mos. she can access her blog and I can access it before a month or so as thinking 2-3 mos. is kinda long. I cannot believe it even just 1 adsense they suspended my blog!

The Cassava Cake Recipe
I used to buy cassava cake as a snack when I was in elementary, high school and college and I have not eaten this type of dessert since I live now here in the States and it is hard to find a grated cassava but I can buy a cassava here in the States but it seems took a long time to grate it. Even though it took for a while, it will be taste good. It is one of my favorite desserts. When my husband and I will be in Philippines, I am going to buy tasty Filipino desserts and I am sure I will eat like a greedy person as I miss eating Filipino delicious dessert and speaking of it makes me drool right now (ha-ha). If you are looking a recipe of this cassava cake, do not hesitate to follow the instructions below. Have fun and enjoy!
• This is a classic Filipino dessert enjoyed year round. Most of the ingredients can be found in an oriental store near you. I have found the most difficult ingredient to find is usually the coconut cream. If you can't find it don't worry. Simply use another can of coconut milk in it's place. Also it is easier to just buy the cassava already grated. It should be in the freezer section. You could cut the recipe in half but then you are left with 1/2 a can of everything. Or try making one thick cake. You'll have to cook much longer though. Careful, I'm not sure if it will all fit in one pan. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
Cake
• 2 Lbs Grated Cassava
• 1 14 oz. Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Reserve 1/3 cup for Topping)
• 1 12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
• 1 14 oz. Can Coconut Milk (Reserve 1/3 cup for Topping)
• 1 13 oz. Can Coconut Cream (Reserve 1/3 cup for Topping)
• 2/3 Cup Sugar
• 3 Eggs plus 3 Egg Whites
• 1 Cup Grated Coconut
Topping
• 3 Egg Yokes
• 1/3 Cup Reserved Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1/3 Cup Reserved Coconut Milk
• 1/3 Cup Reserved Coconut Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° f. In large mixing bowl combine cake ingredients. Mix well. Pour equally into two large greased rectangular pans. Bake until top is no longer liquid (approximately 30 minutes). Mix topping ingredients well and spread evenly on the two cakes. Bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Cool cakes completely. Slice each cake into 24 equal squares.

My friend asked me if I heard rosehip oil which helps to vanish scars and I searched online and read something about it which I wanted to share with you and you can read it below. Reading what is good about it makes me interests to buy one for my younger sister since she got some scars and I wanted for myself too since I got some scars from chicken pox I found a site which sell rosehip oil which is rosehipoil dot com.
RoseHip Oil also has a high content of unsaturated essential fatty acids, namely oleic (15-20%), linoleic (44-50%) and linolenic (30-35%). They are called " essential " because our body is not able to reproduce them, and because they help to nourish and maintain a healthy skin.
Rose Hip Oil is extracted from the seeds contained in the intensely red berry-like fruits -or hips- of a wild rose-bush that grows in the cool, lush mountain rainy valleys of the southern Andes, in Chile. This wild rose is known by the people of Chile as " Rosa Mosqueta ", and by scientists as Rosa Affinis Rubiginosa. It's healing properties where a well kept secret of the native people of Chile for centuries. Now they have been validated by scientific research worldwide.
RoseHip Oil Revitalizes your skin
Reduces wrinkles and signs of premature ageing. Helps to counter the drying effects of the sun which are usually first noticed in fine wrinkle lines or "crows feet" around the eyes and mouth. Evens tone and smoothes roughness. A natural moisturizer for dry, sensitive, allergic, sun damaged, problem skin conditions and daily skin care.
RoseHip Oil Attenuates Scars
Improves surgical and accidental scars, restores normal skin color (reduces redness or hyper pigmentation). It also avoids the formation of the keloid type of scar (lump) which may appear after surgical procedures and helps to make less apparent old scars left by acne or chickenpox.
Provides excellent results in the treatment on burned skin or on skin that has been exposed to radiotherapy.

Bad Weather
My husband and I headed to South Bend, Indiana on Saturday morning and it was raining hard which we barely can see the road due to weather conditions. I told my husband, we just do it 45 mph since it is dangerous driving when the weather is bad. It took more than 1 hr. until we were almost in Kokomo, Indiana we noticed it was not raining in there so we got chance to stop and buy some food on the road. Tomorrow afternoon when were heading here in Indianapolis from South Bend, it was raining hard too yesterday and eventually the rain slowing down and this afternoon it’s raining in few minutes and it’s cloudy and it seems will be going to pour rain more tonight. Having a bad weather it can cause car accident, I have seen cars crashed due raining hard. I drove before when raining which is horrible and need more attention when driving as I cannot see the road well.

The Citizen Eco-Drive Chronograph Watch
My husband bought me a new watch yesterday as his gift of our 3rd year anniversary of marriage. He bought me this “Citizen Eco-Drive Watch which is pretty interesting since it works through solar energy either from the sun or artificial light like from the fluorescent lights or bulb lights, so meaning never needs a battery. It suppose to be $525 but it is 25% off so it comes out $393 plus tax, I do not buy this kind of watch by my own money since for me I consider it is an expensive watch and I must careful this one which will last long. I always wanted an automatic watch as when I live in Philippines I always have an automatic one like Seiko watch which last long and inexpensive at same time. I wanted to buy one a silver but I want it will matches to my wedding ring and my engagement ring so I end up buying a gold one and by the time I asked my husband which suit to me and he told me the gold one. The watch has 5-year warranty which is great. I can say it is a lovely watch since I can wear it for casual or for party or occasion time. It has diamonds and the dial color is mother of pearl which I liked how I wish the silver suit on me but it seems the gold one which appropriate to my skin. Oh well…I am happy what my husband bought for me as 3rd wed. anniversary.

After we did shopping we felt wanted to eat sweet food and we decided to go to a chocolate company which just nearby in war memorial which we bought some chocolates and a decaffeinated coffee and sitting outside and while looking people doing biking and passing by. Since I always liked the warm memorial every time we passed by in there I looked the statue and see the big fountain which and seeing it feels refreshing as it is hot today. I took some pictures of the statue, the big fountain and the American bison fountain which you can see below.
