There are times that I like to eat a lot and also feeling hungry even though I just ate for 30 mins. or 1 hour ago and makes me worried to gain a lot of weight. If I do not watch what I eat, I am afraid I will be look fat and heavier which is not acceptable to me. It will be difficult for me to loss weight if I am older and while still early, I should watch what I eat and try not to eat too much.
