Since I get pregnant, I am not dieting at all and whatever I feel to eat, I wanted to eat it and I stop until I feel full. And thinking without controlling what I eat nowadays I might going to have a hard time losing weight after delivery but I am glad I do not eat much fatty foods, I just like to eat vegetables, fruits and protein and little bit of sweet stuff. Anyway, when I am having trouble losing weight, I might try one of fat burners and it might help me to lose up some unnecessary weight. I hope after my delivery, the normal shape or my weight before will be back.
