Back pain is common during pregnancy and I have read about it how to prevent like to sit properly or the style the way I sleep and exercise. I do not exercise frequently as I am lazy doing it but I knew I must do it, because it helps me not to fall, it helps my muscle and bones strong and much more! What I am happy is that, we do have a mattress which is firm which is called tempurpedic which doesn't give me a back pain and I think it helps me preventing having a back pain and if we have a soft mattress it would be hard for me and I might have a real bad back pain. I try also to drink a soy milk instead of regular milk, because the soy milk is lactose free, even though it gives me nausea a little bit by drinking milk due to the odor or smell of it but I think I'm kind of okay now drinking it compared my 1st trimester. I guess it helps me not to have a back pain by drinking milk or helps my bones strenghten while being pregnant.
