Energy Bill

Since I get pregnant I like to cook at home than eating eat out and nowadays I cook a lot at least 2 times a day. I remember on Nov. I cooked food at least 2-3 times a day and sometimes it takes for a while especially when I cook beans. On Dec. my husband told me that our electric bill was $400 and I was also shocked as we never pay that kind of energy bill when we live in Florida, we usually just pay there like around $100-$150 but since it's also winter here, we use heater everyday to warm up the whole house. And last month, my husband told me our bill was $350, and we have learned that when we go shopping or when go outside, we turn off the heater at least it will not keep running while we are not here, but we will keep it on when we decide to go somewhere and not to come back home for a night or few days so that the house will not be so cold or not freeze. I hope the winter will be over soon so that we will not pay too much for the electric bill, gosh! paying too much for energy is pain in the butt!!! And I do not cook much anymore I just do it at least once a day and I kept our heater down at least 67-68.
